Campus Reporting
Anonymous Reports
Anonymous reports for SOU victims of sexual misconduct can be submitted by filling out this Southern Oregon University Anonymous Harassment, Violence, and Interpersonal Misconduct Form. Please note that SOU’s response will be limited because the report is being submitted anonymously.
Confidential Reports
Confidential reports for SOU victims of sexual assault can be submitted by completing this Southern Oregon University Anonymous Harassment, Violence, and Interpersonal Misconduct Form and completing the last section.
Confidential reporting is also guaranteed when you report to Confidential Advocates and Advisors or to Student Health and Wellness Center medical and counseling staff as listed at Advocacy Options/Confidential Advisors.
Formal Reports
Formal reports may be made to SOU Title IX Confidential Advocates or Title IX Deputy Coordinators (listed above).
SOU Cares report
SOU Cares reports help inform the Office of the Dean of Students by identifying students who may benefit from extra resources, support, or intervention. You are encouraged to submit a Cares report when intervention is required, or simply when the student is of concern to you.
